Right of nature common law question : introduction of the right of nature in the common law

A general question on the introduction of the principles of Nature Rights into the law of European countries.
It would seem that one of the great difficulties would be the "disconnection" between Mother Nature and the existing LAW. Is activism enough? Can citizens participate concretely in their country? What means can they use?
